I have been heavily invested in companies that have followed a similar pattern as RFMK. Massive potential, great things happening kick starting the business, working on getting fully reporting with the only way to fund initially is through selling shares. If things continue to unfold quickly, investors will remain optimistic and attract new eyes despite the dreaded "D" word but only to a point. Point when you would expect revenues to replace toxic financing as a source of funding.

The issue we have here now is that it has drug out and the increasing OS has continued. This will always cause big money to sit on the sidelines being ultra cautious.

Being fully reporting will help but it will not cause the pps to sky rocket as some may think IMO. The vast majority of our PRs have been marketing related over the past several months. This is great but too much of this type of news with no contracts with REAL volumes, revenue estimates type news to eventually follow can have the opposite effect on investor confidence. Why? They will begin to think the company is all hype. Talking a big game while delivering no real sales and revenues. That coupled with the OS continuing to increase, you get stagnant to declining pps regardless of the news unless tangible in nature. So IMO, barring any significant merger or acquisition news, the real run for RFMK will not occur until significant contracts are verified and/or revenues are reported proportional to the marketing effort. To be clear, I am long and a staunch supporter of the company. If Tom delivers on the 10K, I am locked and loaded with a KFG on my shares awaiting the revenues to start rolling in
