My son-in-law served two tours in Iraq and two in Afghanistan, and he just re-enlisted for another five years which will give him 16 years. He just pointed out your post to me. Are you attempting to compare the 5,000 plus brave men and women of Iraq and Afghanistan to the more than 55,000 that died in the Vietnam era?
