wow! I missed that forecast. But not a farfetched one given the fact that we have had government leaders pledge to say no - just to say no - to everything the oppositional party puts forth. Can't get much done that way - at least not in an efficient and timely manner - and time is of the essence here - so not a farfetched prediction. Do we allow ourselves optimism now?
