The price is up sharply but only about $20k worth of shares traded today. It could even be one person who decided to do drive the price by slapping the ask since it didn't cost that much. Keep in mind that if Mr. Bordynuik and Mr. Heddle want their back pay and if "his Excellency" wants to get some pay, that trio needs to get the volume up sharply as well.
My guess is that the ideal time for them to use press releases to try to promote the stock is after they get the Q2 report out. That report is due today but first Q's report took "his Excellency" almost two months. Undoubtedly the second Q report will be faster since practically only the dates need to change, but it's been only two weeks so far.
