On our first alert back from some time off from the market,
I’m going to put a BUY/ACCUMULATE Recommendation on SW Innovative Holdings, Inc.-
SWHI .0014 *based on the chart and the changing fundamentals of the company listed below.
SW Innovative Holdings Inc was created as a public holding company to:
1-Acquire controlling interests in profitable small to middle market businesses in attractive niche industries.
2-Work with the management of those companies to pursue growth opportunities, provide strategic support and increase cash flow in the intermediate to long term.
3-Provide investors an opportunity to participate in the ownership and growth of businesses that traditionally have been owned and managed by private individuals or families.
4-Assemble profitable operating subsidiaries into one public vehicle.
5- Provide an incubator for companies to go public by spinning them out of our public vehicle into their own separate public company.
Our goal is to maximize our shareholder return by diversifying our business portfolio and sharing public company expenses over a diversified revenue stream.

Summary: RSI at 44.77 shows the stock is just get fueled on the Launchpad with the white candle on Wednesday 8/13. With only 20M in volume, the stock was up 40%. It hit a high of .0017 after opening at .001 closing at .0014/.0015. We make set NO targets or price predications but we believe it can test and perhaps breaking out of old high back in July 28 @ .0041 on the Finra News. Now, with good news and or portfolio acquistions, we feel the stock can test .015 pps back in April/May of this year. Finally, we also believe the a Press Release should be coming out shortly on any new portfolio acquisitions, businesss, etc since
changing to SW Innovative Holdings on July 23.
