In this position, Pagano will provide executive oversight and direction for Healthcare Solutions' PPO, medical bill review and case management divisions. In this position, Pagano will serve on the company's executive leadership team.

Prior to joining Healthcare Solutions, Pagano served as vice president of product strategy and analytics for The Travelers Companies where he was responsible for the company's personal lines third party data analytics and strategy division. Before joining Travelers, Pagano served as vice president of managed care services at Sedgwick where he was responsible for the Specialty Risk Services (SRS) Managed Care organization after Sedgwick's acquisition of the TPA division from The Hartford. Prior to this acquisition, Joe served as vice president of managed care services at The Hartford Financial Services' SRS division where he was responsible for providing strategic direction, development and execution of medical cost containment programs to reduce workers' compensation claims costs. In this role, he was accountable for financial and operational results of nurse case management operations, medical bill review, PPO networks and ancillary medical cost containment services.
