It makes me wonder how many micro cap MJ start ups $100,000,000 could buy!!!
I think the best situation for MCM and the most cost effective strategy (bang for buck) would be to only takeover completely (buyout) a few (one or two) companies and then for the others they are interested in, just buy large share positions (some controlling interest), and with the rest of the money used for funding MCM (operational expenditures) and marketing and branding costs. I imagine they already have a well thought out plan but I think some mixed ways of putting those investment dollars to work would be best. For instance I would not want to see them buy out one or two large medium sized MJ businesses for the entire $100M; that would not be diversified. Whatever happens though, I have a feeling MCM remains under the corporate umbrella of RFMK and so we are the shareholders of a parent corp which has a daughter corp which is going to possibly fly to "da moon" at some point because of its capacity for major investment and consolidation of this emerging sector! Whatever happens, RFMK benefits!! These are very exciting times for the company and its shareholders. But of course, first things first, let us see that audited 10K filed on EDGAR, then we can all begin really looking forward to an uplisting, possible ticker change and/or corp developments like MCM acquisitions or other sector investments. This is a perfect week for our CEO to file the 10K and provide a shareholder update as the market will be rather quiet because of the holiday shortened week. Just an opinion but I think the best would be after market close on Wednesday Mr Allinder could file the 10K and post an update so that over Thanksgiving investors could really digest the internals (as well as turkey) and then the half day of trading on Friday could focus the trading.
