THE SHARES OF ETTEPLAN OYJ REMOVED FROM OBSERVATION SEGMENT
The shares of Etteplan Oyj listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki were
transferred to the observation segment on the 19 August 2013 because
the company was subject to a mandatory public tender offer from Ingman Group Oy Ab and the shares
remained on the observation segment on the grounds of the rule 2.2.8.2 article (iv).: "The company is
subject to a public offer or a bidder has disclosed its intention to raise such a bid
in respect of the company."
Etteplan Oyj published on 14 October, 2013 the following:
Etteplan Oyj has today received an announcement from Ingman Group
Oy Ab on the final result of the mandatory bid for the shares
in Etteplan by Ingman Group Oy Ab.
According to the announcement, Ingman Group oy Ab's holding will, as a result of the
bid, increase to approximately 66.85 per cent of Etteplan Oyj's shares and votes.
Thus, the grounds for transferring the share to the observation segment no longer exist.
The purpose of the Observation segment is to alert the market to special
facts and circumstances or actions pertaining to the subject issuer or security.

ETTEPLAN OYJ:N OSAKKEET POISTETAAN TARKKAILULISTALTA
NASDAQ OMX Helsinki siirsi Etteplan Oyj:n osakkeet tarkkailulistalle
19.8.2013 Ingman Group Oy Ab:n yhtiöstä tekemän pakollisen julkisen ostotarjouksen takia ja jatkoi edelleen
tarkkailulistapäätöstään Arvopaperipörssin sääntöjen 2.2.8.2 kohdan (iv)perusteella: "Yhtiö on julkisen
ostotarjouksen kohteena tai ostotarjouksen tekijä on julkistanut aikomuksensa tehdä kyseisestä yhtiöstä
ostotarjouksen."
Etteplan Oyj julkisti 14.10.2013 pörssitiedotteella seuraavaa:
Etteplan Oyj on tänään vastaanottanut Ingman Group Oy Ab:lta
tiedotteen koskien Ingman Group Oy Ab:n Etteplan Oyj:n osakkeista tehdyn
pakollisen julkisen ostotarjouksen lopullista tulosta.
Tiedotteen mukaan Ingman Group Oy Ab:n omistus nousee ostotarjouksen toteuttamisen
seurauksena noin 66,85 prosenttiin Etteplanin kaikista osakkeista ja äänistä.
Tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen perusteet ovat näin ollen poistuneet.
Tarkkailulistalle siirtämisen tarkoituksena on ilmoittaa markkinoille kyseistä
liikkeeseenlaskijaa tai arvopaperia koskevasta erityisestä seikasta tai toimenpiteestä.
