A decision by the end of the week is a stand I also feel strongly about. If indeed there is a solid business plan with potential backing up to the tiny teasers shareholders have been given then I am more than willing to leave money invested here. My concern is many penny stocks have stolen investors money by making empty promises and while I believe this is legit, I also cannot understand why publicized deadlines are not being met.
Barry, I think signifi medical will be pharmacy spot shops for healthcare and hygiene items, while budbank will be a branded version of a same or similar machine for mj dispensaries. Greater cannabis will, IMO, be a subsidiary of sylios used for keeping the budbanks separate from the signify kiosks. Or hopefully, GCC will be applying for a florida grow license and they can sell prestocked mj machines.

Absolutely. They need to deliver the news they promised this week. We are up about 25% the past 7 days and it would make a very nice ending for sure!

Agree it is entirely possible it doesn't matter much what we got in return for the oil assets. I agree they were a liability and they had to be very costly to have on the books in insurance costs alone. We were insured right? lol.

Does it really matter exactly what we got from the selling of the assets? We got rid of liabilities and were gonna get a company that sells products people want and other companies could only dream of making. Plus their from Canada I'm sure it's tricky to get in the US market......UNGS is only gonna grow. Wayne will be old

I totally agree. The technology in these machines along with ID verification makes it very attractive. There are just so many questions. I have to stop thinking about it tonight. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

Not sure where you pull that number from, but I got an idea. Chart shows a much different picture, filings, websites coming on line and completed RM news will more likely take this blue sky cruising. I'm sure you have a logical argument as to why this sees 0008. Can't wait to hear it.

HappyC, because I can't fathom Signifi/Sylios not growing quickly if this whole deal goes down as stated. Pinkies don't make profits with only the VERY rare exception. Most of them don't even make significant revenues. They should have more cash in the bank than I do personally and mostly they don't. How it wouldn't trade in the pennies is hard to imagine. We have to merge first though lol.

BAYPD gets 5 million in financing.
Does not take a rocket scientist to get a ballpark number.
Appreciation should put it at a worth of right around 5 million, which is exactly what BAYPD got financing for.
I did say give or take a little in my post, but I believe it was pretty accurate. Especially when we get notes that can appreciate over time we may have even gotten a better deal than this.
