Sounds like insider trading to me...feds need to look into it
Market cap then would be at $35m. assuming they make close to $4m gross a year, I can definitely see that number being reasonable.

I agree Brooklyn, I did the same today. What's to come in next few days and weeks here will change the tune of many who are on the fence. Large deals with supermarkets such as Publix are on the way and that will solidify everything. I'm ready to sit back and enjoy the show. Sit tight everyone.

I think this is traders who entered at the .0004 - .0005 level cashing in and taking profits. I think there is still more in the tank for NYBD and those who can ride out this dip. I took the opportunity to increase my position in this stock at what I consider to be discounted prices.

So hard to say but my gut says yes, I think it will probably recover by Friday. It's the same thing over and over, stocks go up, MMs manipulate, companies dilute, price goes down. People panic, sell, price goes down. What happens next depends on shareholder confidence and whether the company keeps us informed.
People started to buy again today but tomorrow will be crucial.
Find out? Find out the CURRENT share structure as of Friday, August 15th? Do you really think Rico will disclose those numbers in that meeting, to only a few shareholders? He knows that he would also have to disclose that current SS to the entire investment community, since the TA is gagged. Do you really think he will do that since the reason he gagged the TA was to keep investors in the dark about those increases? Btw ... do you know what time that meeting will take place? I can't find the time anywhere. Did I miss it somewhere? That meeting is for all shareholders, isn't it? TIA
