Does it really matter exactly what we got from the selling of the assets? We got rid of liabilities and were gonna get a company that sells products people want and other companies could only dream of making. Plus their from Canada I'm sure it's tricky to get in the US market......UNGS is only gonna grow. Wayne will be old

Not sure where you pull that number from, but I got an idea. Chart shows a much different picture, filings, websites coming on line and completed RM news will more likely take this blue sky cruising. I'm sure you have a logical argument as to why this sees 0008. Can't wait to hear it.

HappyC, because I can't fathom Signifi/Sylios not growing quickly if this whole deal goes down as stated. Pinkies don't make profits with only the VERY rare exception. Most of them don't even make significant revenues. They should have more cash in the bank than I do personally and mostly they don't. How it wouldn't trade in the pennies is hard to imagine. We have to merge first though lol.

BAYPD gets 5 million in financing.
Does not take a rocket scientist to get a ballpark number.
Appreciation should put it at a worth of right around 5 million, which is exactly what BAYPD got financing for.
I did say give or take a little in my post, but I believe it was pretty accurate. Especially when we get notes that can appreciate over time we may have even gotten a better deal than this.

Also, considering the points you made, where does budbank or greatercannabis fit in to this? These newly formed mj companies only work if they are under the Sylios umbrella. So, how does signifi tie in to that? It's just a lot to consider and the company hasn't given any direction. I'm just frustrated with the whole thing. All i can do is wait till tomorrow and make a decision on where I stand.

MJ and highend vending makes perfect sense together. That could make profits VERY soon. Throw in some low buck drilling operations and not so much. If natty gas and oil was working well for UNGS we wouldn't be were we are now.
I found no comfort in a potential deal with BAYP. Pleased it closed, and I highly suspected it wouldn't be all cash.
