This year probably a flat year for fnma
as long as there is no real news from court, and i don't mean new conference call, it will stay flat or downtrend
You know I'm not a pumper but this is great news! Sweeney is aiming directly at the White House now. Coupled that with today's bottom tomorrow we're definitely going green!!!

Look into "super tax" on retirements proposals. Gvt's $17 trillion in debt happens to match the approx $21 trillion in personal retirement accounts out there. Naturally, the gvt now is looking to change the rules of 401ks and IRAs after we all started the game under the existing rules. They want to take your retirement money now even if it is in a tax protected account. As outraged as we get about what they did to Fnf, take what we've all learned here about how gvt operates and what it really is, and Apply it when you vote, in PRIMARIES, too. We just can't take these guys anymore who just use gvt to take and take and want to give it even more power.

Don't know Rick....if the doc's haven't already been destroyed....then they should be produced......this is an ORDER from Judge Sweeney----this is Federal Court of Appeals---not traffic court .....
They were signed by Geithner and Demarco.
Expect Sweeney'll be getting visits by "fixers" any day now.

Seems to me this is great news. This is exactly what we want. However how do we know that the government defendants will not try to hide these orders from the Plaintiffs ?

I just received an update regarding today's status conference. Judge Sweeney wants any direct orders from the White House or the Treasury regarding the third amendment sweep to go directly to Fairholme's attorneys. I will add to this post later tonight. Keep the faith!

USPS is only in as big a hole as they are in because the government wants to wind them down as well...UPS and FedEx don't want the competition...won't go into it on this board... do some DD and you will see how crooked our government is not only with FNMA but also with USPS
