Let me throw out a hypothetical theory here guys...
Lets say as per the post on FB on appx Jul 31 that it was in fact a HC inspection.
Lets also speculate that it takes 7-14 days for HC to get thier "heads out of their asses" to actually produce a license on paper.
Based on what I've understood with whats going on lately, there are new rules & regulations essentially stating that you have to "prove" your MMJ is up to the quality & specifications that HC demands (THC/CBD % etc).
Knowing also that during Weedstock (my take-away) was that we are working on being the MODEL of how to grow/cultivate/distribute MMJ working 'with' HC and we definitely would want to play within the rules and regulations that they are outlining.
Additionally with our growing technology we have claimed that we can produce a viable product in appx 35 days.
So let us do the math...
As we didn't hear anything (publicly) yet, and lets pretend the company has heard something before this Friday...
That would out us ~14 days from inspection.
Plus another 35 days to grow a viable product.
That will then put is well within the mid-September range before we can have a product to test & ensure that it is able to be sold on the open market.
- We know that according to the post picon made with his call to IR, that we are growing something...God knows what. If we can guess that we have the green light from HC to grow our 'test' batches of MMJ we will advance this timeline.
Lets also keep in mind that the "competition" TWD already has a product on the market so they do not have to go through the same hurdles that we do, therefore they can announce as many licenses as they want for all I care. So the announcement of this weeks additional facility can really go in the recycle bin.
I have heard (through a friend of a friend of a friend etc) that this was the week to expect a PR. That friend has been wrong before, so I started thinking about making this post here to raise the questions.
BOTTOM LINE:
What I do personally believe is that we will see Financials within the near future, and they will be 'mind blowing' as they will include HT.
I have a feeling that by the end of September we will see a giant spike in PPS based on PR related information (liscense, JV, uplist etc)
I do also feel that in 6 months - 1 year, we will all be able to take the kids/grand-kids to Disney World worry free (assuming you get in now).
