What I'm saying is that the market for the plastics needed by PTOI will be around $800/ton based on bids and asks on sites dealing in scrap plastic. What I'm saying is if PTOI needs those plastics in non-trivial amounts, they will have to pay market prices.
If Mr. Bordynuik has found a way to beat the market for scrap plastic and can get all he wants for free, he should do that full time and sell the plastic to recyclers.
Look at that price matrix diagram posted by Roth_IRA_3000. If Mr. Bordynuik can get free pure HDPE from Crayola and other sources, that's going to be worth a price north of $293/ton. In fact he could mix the free plastic with half trash and get $293/ton. Why not go that route??
