It seems that TRTC is using a Condensed Consolidated Statement of Operation and just putting Revenue in one line without breaking down where the revenue originated.
As well as the SGA - I guess they aren't interested in letting shareholders know the source of the SGA.

The former not the latter...
Welcome and glad to have someone here who can speak from experience.
Before we pass out the jim jones juice bottles..lets give management a chance to respond. We may have misunderstood certain facts like what those two un named indivduals receive for whatever they offered in the deal..
I must have missed the positive news.
The Q2 just exemplifies that Peterson is a poor steward of the company finances.
I posted proof earlier today showing that Peterson lived off of credit cards and ignored his financial obligations by filing chapter 7 bankruptcy.
He is enriching himself and Amy via the GSA, the $2 million bonuses for the insiders.
They have very little regard for shareholders. As Peterson always the chatty one has failed to explain insiders dumping shares and the outrageous bonuses.
But keep believing and defending as they rape and pillage the company.

Development stage companies in competitive areas need to pay an admissions fee.
You don't get into the movies for free, do you?
So when they increase stores from 500 to 1000, the admissions fees are going to add up faster than the revenue growth.
These admissions fees are one-time only fees, so these 500 stores will generate a profit this quarter.
They are competing with companies that are 100% owned by Nevadans.
You think they would get anywhere near a license if they didn't have significant local ownership?
I am just happy they have 50% and 60% ownership and not 10% or 20%.
I hope this helps, I am sorry you feel this way and I hope you feel better about things soon.
I think we will be more than okay tomorrow.
Did you buy into TRTC for the produce or for the cannabis?

Both your posts raise very good questions. This sure went south fast
Steve Risk I re read the S-1 and found that they received the 6 million in exchange for 22 million at a price of .30 cents but had to reserve the 50 million...for whatever reasons.... difficult to understand and I maybe wrong... for what its worth..
Each Note accrues interest at a rate of 12% per annum and has a maturity date of 18 months after issuance. All principal and interest due and owing under each Note is convertible into shares of Common Stock of the Company at any time at the election of the holder thereof, at a conversion price equal to approximately $0.30753 per share, subject to adjustment. Beginning on August 5, 2014, and continuing on each of the following eleven successive months thereafter, the Company is obligated to pay 1/12 th of the face amount of the Notes outstanding and accrued interest.
The Notes are currently convertible into a total of 22,678,995 shares of Common Stock, which may increase in the future if the conversion price is adjusted upon our sale of equity at a price less than the then-conversion price. Pursuant to the Amendment, we agreed to reserve an aggregate of 45,357,990 shares of Common Stock for conversion of the Notes upon such adjustment, all of which are registered hereby.
we will see what the market thinks tomorrow.
Why should not EG be profitible now? They have added NO new infrastructure in the last 3 months with nothing new coming on-line other than new store chains which is to fill up the existing grow sites. Something smells in Denmark and it is time for PR's explaining some concerns many longs have ignored because they are so heavily invested and don't want to appear to bash their stock. Plus they already gave away 50% of the medifarm licenses to whom and why? Certainly D.P. isn't involved in a scheme to divert half the profits to whom? Why did they give up 50% ownership and what did they get for their money?
Well, what if they dilute the commons with another 250 million ??. Is it still 10x bagger ?? Hypers only mentioning the potential, assuming all things will happen in favor.
Difference if opinion. For me a startup with $3.7 mil in revenues in a single quarter and they haven't even touched the plant yet is hugely significant. Others will focus on operational costs which include mostly one-time expenses. Small picture or big picture? Glass half full or half-empty? All in the eyes of the beholder
Oh because I want to know things like
1. Why has the company gagged the transfer agent?
2. Why the best quarter of the year, still showing a loss although small one)
3. How many more shares will be diluted?
You said you read my posts? Do I not have legit concerns? Otherwise BLOCK ME!
yeah those could for sure be huge game changers no doubt, i for sure hope it happens. thanks and GL
All management should step down immediately after posting this report. Management has failed miserably this year and no longer do I believe.1) No explanation for the withdrawal of the S-3(investors should not have to call I.R. for an explanation as it was material and should have been explained,2) Amy decides to "trade" the stock and gets dinged for an SEC violation. 3)expenses are totally out of control with COG (cost of goods)larger than the sales without including SGA with absolutely no explanation 4)Shares have doubled and we still have a note for $4 Mil owed on the Balance sheet. Here is where I am real confused How did Dominican get 53 Mil shares for debt of $6 Mil if the conversion is for .34? Simple math $52 Mil x .34 is almost $16 Mil. 5) Why are you paying $13000 a month for 5 acres if you put up the friggen building and spent $5 Mil? This comes out to $30,000 an acre per year to rent. 6) With a larger loss than last Q who on God's earth believes management deserved these shares and to think the rent theses same directors and staff collect monthly(personally I dont give a rats butt if they worked 24 hours a day. 7) Then you have the audacity to give 50% of medifarm to (2) unnamed investors who will collect half of the profits...wonder what they are doing for the 50% or is it D.P. and some other cronies. MJN@ pulled the same crap at Photosphere and screwed the shareholders.
IMO,
I hear you liodog, but a state license in Nevada this November will send this through the roof. Reclassification of MJ will be another major catalyst. Too many other catalysts to count. Is it a gamble? Sure. Is there a potential 10x bagger from this PPS? Absolutely
Respect your opinion though
No. Because you incessantly question your investment here. Don't ignore your concerns. Just sell
no worries GreenGro... for all the longs' sake here i sincerely hope the company ceases or at the very least slows the pace of dilution because unless the company can become highly profitable in a very short time frame (like this quarter or next) then dilution at the rate of nearly doubling the o/s quarter over quarter will absolutely drown the stock and all investors with it. jmo
Why because I don't pump this?
