If you dont know ALL the facts please stop posting about them, this is coming across as distortion and that is illegal per the SEC.
TD. Ups ands downs with them but they've been mostly ok. I hear lots of complaints on here about them though
They both take generic choices over which stocks you can trade and which you can't. TD will usually let you trade anyway if you call and hear their disclaimer about how risky they think sub-pennies are. Lol
who do you trade with jw if you dont mind

I understand that XUII is halted by Canadian Financial Regulators now. Doesn't anyone wonder why Canadian regulators have halted XUII? And now It appears Scottrade and or Apex Clearing won't allow customers to buy XUII? XUII shareholders better hope that more brokers and or clearing firms don't drop XUII too. Better hope the DTC doesn't chill or the SEC doesn't suspend it like their fellow Canadian regulators did. Because if more regulatory actions happen with XUII, shareholders are gonna be stuck.
I have TD and scottrade. Scottrade is definitely the lesser of the two
