All the hard work was too much many times this year especially the last 2 months
What hard work was involved? Someone invests, and if long, they hold through the ups and downs. Not particuarly hard work (stressful perhaps...). Hard work cut, pasting, and reposting? Hard work repeatedly trumpeting no dilution, no MRIB funded promos, no toxic financing? Hard work guesstimating what MRIB might show in profits if another container showed up stateside?

Remember I did not sell on the massive runs I added to help support the PPS way higher
So, hard work tape painting to artifically prop an unsustainable PPS?

This is not a time to celebrate our losses it should be a respectful time for everyone IMO
Who is celebrating losses? As for respect, yeah - how about that? How about the repeated untrue claims of zero dilution, no paid promos, no toxic financing - how respectul was it to the investors sucked in to see admitted today that it was all falsely claimed?
I concur 100%
Thanks. It has been very hard the last few days to see my accounts so horribly red and even since March and April the declines. I am a longer term shareholder and I have to say even though I invest in what are IMO the stocks with the highest upside potential ahead and I am patient as I have been with MRIB. However with that said way down here yesterday and today I would have sold at .05 or close to it and never looked back. All the hard work was too much many times this year especially the last 2 months. I wish everyone could make $$$ but the flippers won this battle. When the debt holders are done selling and I add more shares hopefully I can be more confidant again. I still love everything they have accomplished thus far I am just tired and hate losing $$$ when I had big gains just months back. Remember I did not sell on the massive runs I added to help support the PPS way higher as others did who are also down big time. This is not a time to celebrate our losses it should be a respectful time for everyone IMO.
I agree with that statement, but it also helps not to find a POS known scam as well, if you play a legitimate company the odds are generally more in your favor.
In my opinion, many people invest way too much in these penny stocks like MRIB. Although it is possible to win, the deck is really stacked against retail investors. Between toxic lenders and insider greedy/illegal behavior, there just isn't much of the pie left for the retail investor. Flip trading can work but sooner or later, flippers take enormous hits as well,

I appreciate your candor in this posting and no one wants to see retail investors get hammered.

All debts Marani has borrowed are from lenders. Marani issues convertible debt back and that debt has a certain date on which they are allowed to begin selling the shares. The day they lend us money and we give them shares the OS increases. I have been in since last year and have posted all the OS increases. We have been through a few conversions and they are not fun. Obviously with all the promos happening one of the converters is selling their shares they got for lending the company money. Or it could be payroll etc. I have no way of knowing who the converter is. I do see BMAK is here so it is likely he is not done. That is why I am happy they laid off today and let the PPS recover a bit before anymore drastic crushing of the bids like they started late last week and then yesterday went way overboard. That is what also triggered panic selling. I posted what my feelings are a couple times today. I will not add until I see we have a firm bottom in place. I am so angry at looking at all my red accounts. I do feel we have a very low SS for the growth MRIB has seen etc. however we do not trade enough daily volume normally to handle when these convertibles hit us as we saw a few times this year. They are not fun. I am still very bullish on MRIB but where the bottom will be set is still a question in my mind.
I agree I hate the promos. I have seen them temporarily spike the PPS and that is great for flippers or daytraders but us longer term investors always seem to get screwed after these promos when they are done selling or the new higher volume buyers they bring in sell when the PPS falls like we saw yesterday. I hope they are about done now. We do have many great MRIB PR's and events to look forward to ahead.
That's what the various stock pimps were paid to promote MRIB today. If I were an investor here I'd be horrified.
What does the dollar amount mean?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but does this company have real products on shelves at real stores? All at .01? No brainier!
If you or anyone else knows or has access to a phone # I would suggest calling. No note can be converted without the CEO 1st signing off on it. Another SEC rule. So if any conversions been done recently they would know wether it was an old note or 6months old.
I hope everyone jumped ship on that dead cat bounce.
Put your money into something that will actually make you money.
People sold their houses, cars, dogs and cats for this scam only to watch it get flushed down the toilet.
That's not what was said here:

Understand that shares and convertible notes are two completely different things.
Marani doesn't issue shares in exchange for cash on the same day they borrow the money.
Exactly, thanks for the validation.

One last issue, until the note is converted the share structure will not change.
No shares from a convertible debenture (note) go into the O/S until a scheduled conversion takes place.
Exactly I know that. That is why I said since last year I have only seen a couple debt conversions. This one is the worst thus far. I think we can all agree on that. Let's just hope we do not have many more shares left to convert.

Actually speaking from experience with notes I've had and others I still have, when you come to an agreement with a company issuing convertible debentures you do not receive any shares for at least 6 months after the company receives payment. 6 months is the absolute minimum you can receive any shares after buying the note. Other things could prolong converting 1-the company is not current in filings that would max your note into a one year hold on any shares due. 2- the company can negotiate a specific time IE: 2 years. But again the very minimum is 6 months. It is a SEC 144 rule.

CEO Margrit...pumped $MRIB to da moon...with those contracts ~

ONE BIG QUESTION.
Do they still have 3 international contracts?
We want the answer.
That will determine if this stock is going anywhere.
Again, that is wrong. If Marani issued shares in exchange for cash, that would be called a secondary offering.
A Convertible Debenture is a loan agreement. Just like the agreement made purchasing a vehicle. Marani receives cash in exchange for the agreement spelled out in the note.
No shares are exchanged until an interest or principle payment is due on the note just as no payment on a vehicle is made until it is due based on the signed agreement.

Read through the filings and you will find all debt holders are given shares, convertible notes the day they lend us money.
Convertible notes are not shares. The lender does not receive both at the time of the transaction.
