Why is FNMA back at #2 most read on iHub?

seems way too boring to be up there right now?
Quote:
@JoshRosner us postal loses 2 billion last quarter, $FNMA gains 3.7 billion in same quarter. Guess which 1 is in a conservatorship. #logic

LOLz
I'm far more conservative than David Gregory, but he does get to ask the president questions. I just had a chuckle to myself thinking what if he agreed to ask flat out about FnF release from conservatorship?
Don't we all want to get this back into 5's 6's? Just let her go back up! Why bring it down?
Understand, just think us shareholders are still here for a reason (in historical terms). Need to keep attempting to pierce the barriers, have our voices heard, somehow. Shareholders were not wiped out. Shareholder are supposed to
vote, have shareholder meetings, briefed on material information. Those managing the "financial crisis" said FnF would remain
in conservatorship until they were stable. They have been stable. End conservatorship, restore shareholder rights! We were not wiped out. We have been here all along.
totally agree ... and the MM's take advantage of that fact daily
David Gregory's future as the host of "Meet The Press," NBC News is facing criticism for its handling of the situation.

Gregory's looming departure from the storied show, which has been suffering from some of its worst ratings in decades, seems all-but-certain. The latest reports say that he is likely to be replaced by Chuck Todd, NBC's political director and chief White House correspondent.

NBC, though, has not issued any public comment about the report. That's a markedly different approach from the network, which has always responded—either aggressively or more mildly—to such rumors in the past. The silence did not bode well for Gregory.

Surprisingly, the most vocal criticism of NBC's actions came from rival Fox News. Host Greta Van Susteren wrote on her blog that the network was treating Gregory in a "painful" and "wicked" way by not resolving the situation swiftly.

"They are letting one of their longest running employees get smacked around in the media. This is not about whether you like Gregory or not — it is how management deals with an employee," she added.

Gregory's Sunday counterpart Chris Wallace, who used to moderate "Meet The Press," also attacked NBC.

"I think we do have a right to be treated properly and not shabbily, and if you’re going to get rid of David Gregory—and I don’t know if they are, I have no inside information—then they ought to just do it," he told Fox News's Howard Kurtz. "But

Single GSE MBS a bad idea. The twin system was set up to prevent a monopoly. Take that away and you know what will happen. Cost of mortgages will go up from the monopoly and it'll be twice as easy for Gov to nationalize. How about focusing on fixing something that needs fixing, like the post office which lost $2 billion last year.
The majority of Americans believe what they hear and see on tv, that Fannie and Freddie are demons that caused the financial crisis. Most Americans dont know how to even spell their names.....Ja-Markus, La-Shawn, Ka-Teena, much less have any understanding of what F&F do for the mortgage market. Its sad, you could explain it to most, and they would just stare at you with drool coming from their jawbone. Huh? Good luck with educating the public on Fannie and Freddie. Their dear government would never do anything like what they are being accused. Where is the ribbon for supporting Fannie & Freddie. What color do we wear to show our support for GSE's? What month do we designate as "fight the government" month. Sorry, not meant to direct any of this towards you, I just dont have any faith in the "crowd". The "crowd" is stupid.
It didn't do anything because he hasn't officially disclosed his stake. Once HE officially discloses his stake then we'll see what happens.
No...she's his grandmother with a lot of makeup.
Just sat next to David Gregory on a flight. I wanted to pass him a little note to have him ask Obama to answer some hard questions about FnF. I wasn't sure if that was appropriate, so I didn't. But for the rest of you! I know you run into media, celebrities. Obama loves that. Get FnF some exposure!! No one wants to see shareholders screwed!! If the majority of the country new what was going on, these companies would not be in conservatorship. Name one company in the USA that has sat idle in conservatorship for 6 years.....
hon ja i sin ga yo ?
Time & Sales shows 1/2 million shares

"Lose Yourself"

Look, if you had one shot, or one opportunity
To seize everything you ever wanted. one moment
Would you capture it or just let it slip?
Yo

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
Are you really Bruce Lee's sister? LOL $$FNMA$$
Agree...it held strong today. Perfect day to pull this down to 3.76 but MMs didn't...leads me to guess we are heading back up north tomorrow. Tomorrow close around 3.92.
