Failure to file is in fact a criminal offense, that means he can be criminally charged and yet it is yet to be seen if he will be. No filings to date, not a single one since this was suspended over two months ago. But it is indeed a fact he has committed a criminal act by failure to file as we can all se on EDGAR that he has not been in compliance with the law since 2006 by providing audited filings along with other required filings.
The regulators are currently building a case, they have removed this from the quotable market to protect potential investors from further fraud. Fraud has been committed and thus resulted in the suspension from trading.
Jim created the doubt by not complying with securities laws, no one else is to blame for Jim's decision to not be in compliance.

Yammering like a nervous nelly about why we haven't seen any file(s) uploaded to EDGAR is an inane discussion,... like most of the stuff you and your flunkies bring up, BigDummy('s) LOL

But lamenting and whaling about the lack of filings during an investigations is really stupid,... All the files will be updated at once, or in a short period of time when they're finished!
