Anyone with an ounce of common sense would know that they wouldn't set this up if they were going to be drawn and quartered at the meeting. Something is up and I plan on finding out. Ready to shake the hands of all you smart guys here from the past year. Cheers!!

And Ed did a complete 180 in 2 weeks. Went from being unsure about AGM to having a 3 day event planned. SOMETHING transpired.
No, the change would be a debit to revenue and a credit to a liability. AR would remain the same.

I see. I hadn't looked at the financials in a while. If the revenue was not "earned" then it should have been put in an unearned revenue account in the liabilities. However, the licensing fees that quarter also involved development of a branded app to the different companies. Perhaps the revenue was realized once the apps where substantially completed. I know that at the end of Q1 Ed thought the apps would be out at the beginning of May so the company may have felt that the licensing fees had already been earned.
.08 to .012 isn't enough to scare people? Heck, I'm scared from the drop of .025 to current.

NASDAQ is 2/3 dollars? We will see this. Once the boxes are checked, the whales will dump millions in to this company. Buy when no one else is watching per Warren Buffett. If you have the vision here, I believe it will make several people very wealthy. It's not going to be all roses. If things were going to be all doom and gloom, why would they have a meeting in OCT? Some times you have to invoke some common sense.
I like Shark Tank. One thing they always say, beware the business that contains in its pitch "part of a trillion dollar industry".
