That's exactly right. Nobody denigrated Mr. Bordynuik--he did that all by himself. Mr. Bordynuik very directly lied to investors by making claims which were patently untrue. Investors lost a lot of money because they relied on Mr. Bordynuik's fraudulent claims being true.
