Not sure but something is holding them back from that PR and you may have hit on it. IMO they are not releasing the PR in order to keep the price down. I think that they ARE selling wood whether it be to North Cal or others in order to raise the capital to buy back "some shares". They know that if they release that PR they won't be able to purchase those shares at their present basement value. HIMR cannot release/share much of this info not even to North Cal due to SEC regulations therefore Tony at North Cal can only know so much. The next PR is the game changer PR so they have to make sure they get the maximum benefit from it. There are a lot if moving pieces and I hope that they are playing their cards right because the wait is insane.
