I have a small business, have made some bad business decisions, but I can say no decisions I have made can compare to the unbelievable decision APT made when financing with IR. There had to be something in the "fine print" that should have thrown a big bright red flag, with this unbelievably money hungry, snake in the grass ( waiting to prey on the weak ) company called Iron Ridge. Geez
almost impossible huh? I think you had better look around! Sure are a lot of experts here!
B! We need your legendary explanations on this recent 8K thanks
We'll know more on Monday when/if the judge approves the deal. IronRidge won't be getting any more shares under the old agreement, that's what the 8K/A indicates.
Yep. Its not impossible to get to 0.01. Just depends on much the terms allow IR to dilute.
This stock will never make it to a penny
Soooo ir is gone when we hit a penny?
Agree. Just depends on the details of the deal. The PR did not really say the details of the terms of how IR will dilute going forward.
As the say, "The devil is in the details."
So reading thru all of the posts today, no one truly knows what the filing means, am I close?
Yeah I am still with you and APT, just frustrated.
Agree and it truly does suck but not much to do now but wait and see what happens next.
Ironridge can ask for more shares daily like they have with other stocks. Newl proved with documentation that ironridge asked and received shares daily.. and yea the got 1 bil shares that doesn't mean they have sold them all or even bought more
some people made money. But most - did not. In general when a company experiences a 90%+ loss - the overall shareholder experience is destroyed and money is lost. My position whether or not I have made profit or lost is irrelevant because I am only a data point of 1 out of many. But again, a 90%+loss is disgustingly corrupt.
Wowowow okk i have no idea. Whats this ironridge 8k we got??
The way I read this is that the max shares IR is getting is the 1.12 bil. When the PPS goes up IR will have to give back shares. How much depends on where the PPS is at the end of the calc period. Just my opinion though.

Good post, that was my take now as well but at least some of the investors that got screwed may actually make a little profit or get close if it gets to .01
Thats true. Tax benefits are a plus. I don't like to speculate on PPS, but buying at the bottom would be great!
Could be! I bought at .0008 and .0009...Don't care...
