I absolutely responded to the cease and desist letter sent to me by Mr. Bordynuik's lawyer. I encouraged Mr. Bordynuik and his lawyer to point out anything I said which they felt was incorrect and I offered to do my best to correct anything I said which was incorrect. I have no intention of saying anything which is incorrect or unfair. At that point, Mr. Bordynuik and his lawyer failed to come up with anything I said which was incorrect.
