Same here. Golden shares, golden retirement
$1.2M purchase! Remember when this would trade a million shares in the first minute of trading. Testing all of us longs patience we will WYNN.
I been very busy this month as last month was pretty slow... Summer days but before September comes everyone want to finalize on their purchase of new homes...
So far had 5 accepted offers as of 2 weeks of work...
That tells alot as that just myself imagine all the other Realtors and only 1 of them is all cash 4 of them taking a loan from retail banks and selling off to Fannie and Freddie...
Dont get distracted by the SMOKE AND MIRRORS...
Look at the housing industry it tells all and NO BANKS will want to take the role of Fannie and Freddie I can guarentee that!!!

The best thing I've done with fnma is bought a bunch of shares a few years ago and locked them away. I know I will be tempted to temper with them so I put them in a separate account all by themselves. ...well, my fluff acct which I'm playing with now is a different story.

LOL. AGAIN?! God forbid anyone says anything to make people think about possible negatives here. Oye ve. This reminds me of how Blu got ripped to shreds when he called the fall. EVERY single person here long or short wishes they would've listened and sold, including me. Anywho RS, I'm all for hearing both sides do keep it up!!! I'm still 100% out here and losing faith, as I'm sure you have to some degree as well. It's easy to get excited here about the future of FNMA when no other perspective is voiced. Go AAPL???!!!
