Yhea, the up listing part was pretty interesting. When discussing timelines and such, I really wouldn't expect to see the actual event until sometime at end of year. What has to happen first and foremost in my mind is the License. I think that is the catalyst and the key to the JV with RXNB. Once that happens and I think it definitely will, then papers need to be approved, signed, and sent into the regulators for further approval. Then a market maker for a new exchange, which we do not know who yet will have to happen, and then the share structure will have to be balanced out with the inclusion of RXNB, and then Audited Financials will have to be presented , a new ticker, or the same one registered, and then a date set for the open market with pricing of the stock. A lot of moving parts to do this, and it will take some time to get it right.
Will we go there....absolutely in my view, but, it will take a few months.
I only say this because I don't want anyone to think we'll get this all done in a few weeks. Not going to happen that way. Completion of the JV will, most likely come pretty soon, but, the up listing.... well that will take a little while. But you probably already know that.
