The Board of Directors of RightSmile, Inc. (RIGH) passed a resolution yesterday to change the company’s name to Bud Genius, Inc. A new ticker symbol will be assigned after the name change has been officially recognized.
“By now this was long overdue,” commented CEO Angel Stanz. “Many shareholders have been requesting that we complete this. We have heard the requests of our shareholders and are taking action on this and many other fronts. We hope that this will be the first of many positive indicators of growth for our company.
