Ok so lets get the app out with banks we do have on-line and add the rest as they come on-line.

Those the app have to have all the
banks in to be released?

Ok all the BS I THINK is done... Let the revenue start start flowing in.
MYEC baby! Go ahead and sell if you must. It's clear to me Ed isn't concerned about today's or tomorrow's PPS but he is concerned about it long term and he is doing things just fine. If you are looking for instant gratification go flip a few stocks off the break out board. If you want to get rich AF, load this boat and go to your day job and check back in a year or so.

Now if I can just stay this chill with my bipolar azz.

Most of Ed's shares are control securities which are restricted.

He filed a 144 (38M shares)I believe that move caused the some shares to be moved out of the restricted column and into the float.(even if he didn't sell?)

There was no stock issued in the second quarter and all Insider shares were restricted during the period, there has been no insider selling.
A partner's bank, we are replacing the partner with several others

Maybe this whole app thing has gotten bigger, since they are replacing the partner bank (one) with several others (multiple)?
Stahp with this fear mongering.
I don't believe he stated anything new. He said months ago that Q1 revs were higher than anticipated. That was a warning.

I figure Q2 should be right around Q1.

Still waiting on bank issues but I doubt that will be much longer.

Doubt they would have set a date for the AGM if they didn't have things going on behind the scenes.
Man after what Ed said about what to expect for Revenues and that we have been waiting on a partners bank for over a month for the app, my heart dropped . Man it looks like pps could go much much lower.... I'm holding for long term because I am young and can managed the risk however I'm just really concerned for the friends and family I introduced to this stock . That's another 3 months we will have to wait to see if we have improved in revenues... I think it's just ridiculous that it's taken a month to realize to replace the Partner and the bank all together...

I do not plan on adding anymore until the app is launched. IMO bottom will not be confirmed until that happens...
hello every1,
i am a novice investor just trying to get all your opinion on the pps movement. where do u guys see the pps going by october 2014...any predicitons....i got in myec at 0.009 bought 3 million shares. hope to make some good profit here so i can retire...thank u all...take care ...go myec
Here's your California SOS answer. This is what an investor does vs a basher.

It would be Eds 2 B shares but there is clearly a discrepancy between the 2B and the 1.8 B listed on Q1, I'm looking forward to the auditors clearing this all up
Restricted shares

So if all the shares for debt were issued "free trading" and potentially most into the market, what is making up the approx 2B restricted shares?

Thanks
Agreed, I will be happy if it is above 250,000
Sounds like Q2 will be less than 1/2 of Q1 since there were no new licensing fees which are about $200K each. We are not to the point to where transaction fees are going to sustain exponential growth until Q3 & Q4.
I'd be content with $500K in revs according to the info avail.

I pray our situation not like this:

The details of the BCIT saga, apparently involving some 1,500 investors, are documented on the “Let BCIT Trade” website. On that site’s “History” page, the following explanation is provided:

“Energy Source History

In the spring of 2005 Energy Source, Inc. (formerly Bancorp International Group, Inc.) was a non-trading Nevada shell corporation with 4,890,000 shares outstanding and 25,000,000 shares authorized, controlled by CEO, Thomas Megas and Secretary Martin Duffy. Mr. Megas had planned to bring the company current with its SEC filings to reverse merge his real estate holdings into the company, and had in fact contracted an accountant to start work on the filings.

Unfortunately for the London, UK based Mr. Megas, Mario Pino usurped control of his non-trading shell corporation in a case of corporate identity fraud. Unbeknownst to Megas, Mr. Pino and accomplice Pamela Thompson ultimately printed two series of counterfeit Bancorp certificates. After fraudulently filing documents at the Nevada Secretary of State to hijack control of the corporation, they flooded the market with 41 counterfeit certificates representing hundreds of millions of shares through their associates and various hired promoters.

The counterfeit Bancorp shares entered the public marketplace without a single eyebrow raised at the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation, the behemoth private entity responsible for settlement and clearing of all equities. Amazingly, the DTCC cleared hundreds of millions of counterfeit Bancorp shares without discovering that Pamela Thompson, acting as “transfer agent” for Mario Pino had never registered with the SEC as such. In addition, the DTCC never contacted Energy Source’s previous TA, Pacific Stock Transfer, to verify any TA change.

Despite Megas discovering the fraud, and then contacting the SEC, various regulators, and the DTCC, the invalid shares continued to trade for several months on the public markets. In fact the stock continued to trade for several weeks even after the DTC released a “Notice to Participants” suspending all services except custody as of 8/11/2005.

After trading northwards of two billion shares in just a few months, the SEC finally suspended trading on the stock on 8/31/2005. The DTCC has maintained its “Global Freeze”, or suspension of DTC services ever since, due to the unknown, but obviously immense number of counterfeit shares that they cleared through their system. . .

Any advise u can give us on Qtr 2 results?

Ed Starrs As I have mentioned, revenue in Q1 was high due to several upfront licensing fees, we do announce all licensees and didn't announce any new ones in Q2. Q2 was about building the organization and fulfilling the Q1 contracts, so I hope expectations aren't too high for Q2 revenue given we didn't announce any new licensees and the ones we have are new.

I hope to see all of you in Tahoe.

Thanks, Ed

There's 2.1 in the float assuming all conversion shares have been sold into the market. I think the recent selling is mostly unrelated to the conversion shares.

ask him what he thinks it is related to then?
Continued: Ed Starrs: "There's 2.1 in the float assuming all conversion shares have been sold into the market. I think the recent selling is mostly unrelated to the conversion shares."

"I'll look at this issue more closely and put together a statement on the share structure and our plans for the future"

Q: "Will the P2P app run on Check21 rails? (Asking for someone)"

Ed Starrs: "yes"

Q: "Million dollar question .. right here .. Do u plan on registering with Ca to do buisness it comes up forfeit ? We have employees in cali is it necessary to register with them ?"

Ed Starrs: "If we are not registered, it is an oversight and we will immediately tomorrow, but I believe we already are registered"
