I know this is a complete rant and most likely off-topic but here is the incredibly long post anyways. (I've had a few drinks btw)

I'm looking back on last year's posts in November when I first started looking at MRIB but back then I didn't post at all. what a huge change and what a wild ride it has been so far.

Delays and misconstrued promises have truly warped all of our perspectives, i just wanted to remind everyone why I'm still here and why we should all still be here.

If you look back at posts in November there were no bashers, no CJ, just a few savvy investors who looked at Marani and viewed it as a gem. Some are still here, (Belgianshareholder, whizent, Channeltrader, Gq, Paytient, goldteam, glens0, linkvest, Ameriman, Bigpapa, pennyslave, homeyG, Dmeeusen, b33swax) It was an innocent time and it seemed like there was nothing that could stop MRIB except MRIB itself.

After the run to .0155 in November it brought CJ and along with her the bashers came on board. It would appear that every time a stock is finally recognized after a run, the hyenas come in to take a pick at the hunt.

After that initial run there was a huge pull back, and the board became more chaotic with bashers discrediting everything and Marani was barely able to even walk then, but still they made big promises to keep the momentum going and it led to another dip and huge run to .0248 in December.

Back then we were all waiting on the company's every word to provide ammunition to fight against the contrarians, somewhere along the way when things were over-promised and under-delivered we lost sight of true progression and the innocence and low expectation that was established in November for MRIB.

There have been huge promises made along with that huge delays, but what can we truly expect from a company that started off so humble in August 2013, but got way in over themselves by trying to appease shareholders the whole time, until just recently in Spring they finally decided to focus on the company's growth and not become a "pr" company.

I don't know if the PPS will recover tomorrow or even next week, but as I reflect on my long year here in MRIB, I can only say that Margrit has given me many chances to make money on this ticker, its the greed and pointing fingers that has blinded me and made me realize that its not up to her to boost the price per share. If she says there are commercials on the way and that Brazil is on time for October, and that the financials will be pleasant I can only give her the benefit of the doubt, just like we all did back in November.

I can tell you that putting your trust in her has made this ticker run quite a few times since its rebirth in August 2013, 1 year ago.

I can't tell you to stay or that you should even make sense of what I'm trying to say, but for all those that have been here a long time know what I'm talking about.

Everything is boiling down to its anniversary and the subsequent months leading to October where to me, is D-Day. That is when we will see what we're up against and whether this whole thing was an elaborate scheme to fatten her purse and leave us in the dust, but until then don't let the bashers confuse you with their financial analysis, discrediting management, reviewing history, they will warp your sense of trust and drive you crazy. It's all speculative ANYWAYS just like my post.

Take everything with a grain of salt, manage your risk, and give Marani a chance, a final one if that is what it has come to. I've never seen another penny stock as communicative and promising as Marani, perhaps that is its own downfall. Their long history of failure is what haunts this company, but IMO this is their last shot at making it a success, if this is an elaborate scheme this will be her last.

Look at what's tangible and whats right in front of your eyes, if the market doesn't reflect its value then hold on until the market does.
We're in Costco and Expanding, in Restaurant Depots, Able to ship through Hi-Times to many states in the USA, have commercials on the way, and Brazil in October. ALL of you know this already we're constantly reminded of this on a daily basis.

The dilution is picking up so much at this time of the year, for what though? ALL those listed above they need money for ESPECIALLY Brazil.

Subtract how its trading, the bashers comments, pumpers comments, and look at whats tangible I see growth and a final dilution to what may spark a self-sustaining company afterwards. Brazil's revenues will fix many concerns we are at a critical point where things will landslide one way or the other, just know the company will STILL be here until October whether the share price is .0001 or not. Once Brazil ships, it will give momentum to have them profitable, cover all salaries(ridiculous or not), promotions, advertising/marketing, and distribution.

THAT is why I don't mind financials at this point I ignore certain fundamentals on the premise of Brazil's contract. THAT is why I bought in and THAT is why I will stay here holding strong. I also hear the product is damn good if it wasn't good I wouldn't think twice about this company.

It saddens me to see many of us have changed, lost patience, focus, and faith.
I don't have any resentment towards anyone, but when CT is this fed up with MRIB it does say something to me at least.

this is how the board used to be like in Nov.
