My response to snow (who has a history of sloppy mistakes and bullshit by the way):
Chris Irons told me he's more than happy to speak to any and all shareholders and callers and just kindly asked me not to post emails from him because often times they could be taken out of context in the middle of a back and forth conversation and wants to encourage shareholders to get information from him directly so there's no confusion. There's a confidentiality clause at the bottom of the email as well.
I would bet my kidneys that he didn't say a peep about refusing to talk to shareholders. Know how I know? I happen to have a "friend" (not me) who loves to test him and calls him up screaming profanities at him all the time and, even he, gets a call back every single time he leaves a message, much to my friend's surprise. My friend is an excited shareholder but he can be a....major pain in the ass. Anyway, I don't believe for one second the nonsensical theory that Chris Irons is selective on which shareholders he speaks with. I believe all he did was communicate to you exactly what he communicated to me which was to please don't post private emails, in line with JBII's confidentiality clause, or he'll restrict communications to phone calls only. He, however, has never and will never restrict phone communication with anybody. Likewise, anybody who respects the confidentiality agreement in the email won't be restricted. I think this is more than reasonable.
