Question on the folks there Thursday after last:
Answer: Yhea, there have been a number of people out there and we have been testing all of the systems in place, and now we are doing test grows. There isn't anything I can really add to that which is not allowed to be public at this point.
Response from me: So, what you are telling me, so that we are clear, is that you may have information which you can not tell me at this point, because it is not to be public information at this point ?
Answer: Yes, that is correct. There are a number of things going on right now which I can not discuss which will be released in an official PR soon, is what we expect.
Response: OK, I can respect that.
Question: Now, can we discuss the financials? What I would like to know is a two fold question. First, will they be Audited ? And , second, should we expect them by the 15th, or do you anticipate that it may be closer to the 30th of this month?
Answer: Well to be honest I am not exactly sure when they are due, but, I do know they will not be the Audited version. The audited firm we hired is currently doing due diligence on the RXNB merger , and what we need to up list. That is all they are doing at this point.
By doing the merger, we will be financially prepaired to do the up-list to what ever exchange we decide we need to go to. So that is what we are doing there.
The financials will be un-audited and look much like what has been done before. I do not know if HEMP will be in them, but, I think so.
Response: OK, thank you for making that clear for me as most people I have spoken to expected the Audited version because of the folks we hired to do the financials. But, if they are doing the DD on the merger and uplist....I don't mind waiting for that at all.
Question: On any transactions in the U.S. market....Are we moving forward on that , or, is this something we are tentatively looking at for the future ?
Answer: Hmmm, if I understand your question, I guess it is both. What I mean is that, no , we will not do anything in the U.S. until Federal Law changes to make marijuana a non felony.
On the other hand, we are actively looking in to the markets for opportunity in the grow, dispensary, and pharma side of the business as well as insurance. What we are doing is setting up the ground work to jump in as soon as possible once the laws change. But, we don't want to make any strong commitments until that happens.
Response, OK, that sound good to me. One final question.
Question: Recently, Tweed got a second license right there at the greenhouse in our neighborhood.
Does this mean to you that H / C is beginning to finally get around to being more active in the actual licensing phase of all of this ?
Answer: Definitely, yes it does look that way and we are fully prepared to move forward once we have the license.
We are considered a super grow facility, and our standards of operation not only meet but exceed the requirements. We feel very confident the license will happen very soon. You should watch for public updates soon on a number of things we are doing now.
Response: OK, so allow me to ask.....Once we actually are inspected, will we have a PR that day, or, will there be a delay until the license is in hand ?
Answer: No, I am pretty sure we will not announce that event as there will be too much excitement, and cause too much stress until we have the license in hand. We will wait until we can say, 'OK, we are growing now as a licensed grower and here is where we are starting and what we will do in the future. That way things are not said which can be used by people trying to control the stock price.
Response. Ok, Thank you for your time and consideration in answering as best you can. Have a great day. I will not take up any more of your time.
Well, folks that is how it went . GLTA
