I have to go through my broker to place an order because PHOT is on the grey market. Regular limit orders will not place. Just call your broker.
Note: If you are not sure what the GREY MARKET is, or what it means, please use INVESTOPEDIA, to fully understand what you put your money into. This is NOT a regularly traded stock because the SEC placed a halt on trading back in April.
I do not know your skill level in trading, but based on your question I must assume you have not done a lot of due diligence. That's ok, but, I suggest you go back and do a lot of research before buying any stock, and NEVER just use the social media boards for a basis for a decision to place your hard earned money.
Start by using the past news for updates on the quarterly reports on financials, general pr's, etc.. OTC markets at the top of this page is a good start....but, go back as far as you can, understand the share structure, who the Board of Directors are, what history you can find on each, the history of the company, shell companies which may be related, who else they are in business with, how many restricted shares are out and when they become available to sell, etc.,etc., .
