He was talking about Rauber and Bogolin, who left Rock-Tenn, purportedly being in cahoots with the whales to wrest control of the company away from JB. Shareholders who are not cheerleaders would probably be better off if they had succeeded.
But they may have left after realizing they left their high paying jobs for a scam.
The part I never quite got was why Bogolin stayed longer than Rauber.
