I don't know what to say, but you appear to be VERY emotionally involved with MRIB and I don't know how good that is for your well being.
I might suggest getting outside....Go for a nice LONG run and let it go for a while. I guess I wouldn't dwell to much on information from 6-8 years ago as that is in the past and the company is moving forward. We shall see if they learn from their mistakes but keep in mind that the time period you speak of was a very difficult time for all of us, especially small business owners.
The company IS making progress...maybe not as quickly as some would like but it's progress none the less.
IMO if the companies mission was to solely dilute and fund raise we would have seen more shares dumped to date then we already have. So far the company has followed through very well and I hope that continues in the future.
