In the bad old days Peregrine would not hold a gain based on preclinical news. Maybe we will soon enter the good new days. We've waited a long time for this.

Peregrine's made it this far, they might as well try to get it done alone. If we can squeak by in NSCLC then it opens Pandora's box.

That was a post from another respected poster in a PM weeks ago....

Looks like Pandoras box is starting to BULGE.....and I believe that squeak is going to be THUNDEROUS.

; )

Yes well respected poster who's stance on PPHM is well documented, whose name I will not mention for wookies especially fear being accused of something so terrible that wookie will be gone.

That is a great comparison of PPHMs and a potential partners situation.....alas....as Billy Idol might say....OH OH....talking with myselElf oh oh, oh oh.......

It's shameful that a little control comes to this. Be careful.

I believe WE may have a dual partnership....bidding war or more brewing.
It's a big BIG World...let's hope Bavituximab and Peregrine have it covered.

imho

wook

w......Please announce no PPHM news again tomorrow!: )

Too funny.

Did we even hear that again from the "real" 8AM poster?????

Too bad so sad.

wook
Guess we will find out in approx 60 days if they applied and subsequently approved
Hey if they can fund one and partner the other that's fine with me. A little clarity on direction would be helpful to investors
Why not do both? But I agree, it's time we start getting some clear direction from management. Lock into a partnership or multiple partnerships and maybe we get better communication.

Where did the anti-PPHM crowd go? Ignore function doesn't block them all. You would think they would post something just to plead ignorance when the SEC boys come knocking.
good question on what this will do... or possibly do... to the Phase III lung.

I think that the DMC members live and die on statistics and probabilities and use "ALL" information at hand in any problem. Their current problem.... is sitting on the SunrRise Phase III trial of Peregrines and "if" new inputs are available to them to help them make their decision, then I'm certain they must use all available data.

IF during a clinical trial they find that all persons that pass on ... are all of a sudden found to have a "specific" DNA trait... then they may stop the trial because now the trial may be enrolling patients that are put at risk.

IF the DMC find new information regarding MDSC's or some other form of blood test that proves their immune system is performing optimally and they all happen to be on the Bavi arm of the trial.... ??

Well... I think they can stock the trial right at this point.

Peregrine just may see some intercept type (market cap) price spikes
Fingers crossed.
Wish I knew,

From my conversation last spring heard about biomarkers in liver and melanoma but was told that the lung trial was a straight one without them. Now that was last March and in this spinning world things seem to be changing quite rapidly.
What will this do to lung?

now you need to think whether you move forward with that combo or advance the recent anti pd1 preclinical to phase I human trials

... with Pvalues of .004 that is 100% BTD from the FDA, which moves us right into Phase III

I'll agree with Sulaco... "Peregrine sitting in the cat bird seat.." is how I think he worded it
North.... I hope this means that my #1 hope of having CALICO involved with Peregrine is still alive ??

hmmm, maybe so after seeing that shade of green they used on their website.... looks awfully like that shade of green from Peregrines website lol : )

No, not serious about the green shade.... but after seeing green grass grow faster than Peregrines news cycle, one can get anxious

Big Pharma more anxious though and they don't like seeing all these combos coming out, especially with Pvalues of .004

My math friends who I told about Peregrine many months ago seen this today to call and say this is getting interesting now

Math is universal and they see a big, bright future in Tustin, CA

Big Pharma has hid behind Pvalues for many years... and now, its Pvalues that will unleash Peregrine as the top dog
We have phase II with taxane chemo in breast now you need to think whether you move forward with that combo or advance the recent anti pd1 preclinical to phase I human trials. Need better direction from leadership.
SW...you know THEY will try.....PG missed it.....DAD GUM!!!!

Send in PM.....

I'm all the place and really need to catch up on PPHMs' interesting news.

sheesh...where's my wookie copier...I need another one of me! LOL (NOT) 'sigh' yawn.....zzzzzzzzzz

wook
You know I was joking right dude?
Congrats brother porkchop!!!!! Bring the ship around.....I need a ride to the SS Thorpe......time to start prepping the ship.....Again......PPHM may be about to fuel her up with some serious hopium!!!!!

The trend will be our friend again.....just a month and half late. : ) imho

wook
