I was able to turn around some stocks that I had that weren't going anywhere anyway, and bought MYEC.
At these prices I was ready to sell certain family members to buy MYEC...

To avoid creating “an unbalanced market”, market makers often do not report certain trades during the day to the public and then use a T Trade not to “scare” investors into thinking a market for that stock is going in one direction or the other at the spurring of one large investor.
If a market maker wants to accumulate a large amount of a stock in one trading day, that market maker may actually not report any of the trades that occurred until the trading day has ended so as not to alert the market to the collection. This practice is completely legal under the FINRA rules of the OTC Markets so long as the trade is reported at the end of the day.
The fact is someone or a group of investors purchased 8 Million shares at some point during the day and MM's did not want the public to know this. And why would an MM do this. It is very simple. In order to create panic so the MM or his buddy can cover a short position or allow the PPS to be lowered by fear selling in order to setup a long position. You can call it bookkeeping but hiding that buy or series of buys was in the best interest of someone. B RY lol...!!! look at me I can laugh through the computer. duuurrrrr.

That is what makes me sick! The price was manipulated today so some insiders could load heavily. I hope the true longs held through this crap today!

4 quarters= 1 annual report
Q1 and Q2 will be part of 2014 annual report (won't be audited)
Previous annual reports may be by the 15th
Quarterly's are never audited, only annuals are audited! :^)
