Nerves of steel required here. Unbearable pressure on the defendants has resulted in a barrage of attacks on ALL boards and is a good sign and confirmation that we are getting in their faces. WS banks are throwing category 5 hurricanes at us to get our shares. As timhoward717 so aptly pointed out, that memorandum opinion filed by Judge Collyer goes a long way in setting the course for the lawsuits. It provides much defining clarity between receivership and conservatorship. Why would she go to great lengths clarifying this issue when Gov documents already do this? Could it be Gov placed the GSE's in 'receivership' calling it conservatorship so as to keep F&F off Treasury's books? Could it be our Gov once again is wanting it both ways? We've seen this argument used before in the court cases where Gov attorney's stated on the one hand FHFA is a Gov Agency and on the other, it is not. Judge Sweeney even went so far as to call their reasoning schizophrenic in the official court filing. Read Judge Collyer's opinion over and over and you'll soon begin taking comfort in your investment here.

Icahn purchased from Berkowitz to hold Fannie and Freddie positions quickly before the pps takes off. Berkowitz made some quick cash then, and now has Icahn backing him up.
Last month, there was a low-key buyer(s) that purchased any available shares which lasted weeks to fill.
Watch the news. Pickup on hints. Beware of bashers. Follow the money.

I totally agree with you on this. Market has been dead with little volume. I also believe it will pick up starting in Fall...like the rest of the market will. Good time to accumulate from now until September...how low do you think we will go before this heats up again in October or so?
Big money does't worry about buying a dime higher or a dime lower. We have seen some very large accumulation happening in big blocks.
This is not your average retail joe accumulating.. it is somebody much larger than this board combined with ymb together.
