Sure. In your mind there exists a company which pays to dispose of a type of plastic which would work well in JBI's processors but for five years JBI hasn't been able to locate this company and offload the viable plastic from them for free. Instead JBI has been paying enormous amounts of investors' money to obtain plastic which couldn't be converted into fuel profitably.
To top it off, this particular company in your mind also is willing to pay $8 million for a processor.
