Reversal confirmed ,close over .0015 and very strong,i can't post a chart analysis right now but wake up people it's happening ,dilution finish!!!
Cheds, I have a free account so I need to reply publicly. The GREEN run began on 8-5 which was last Tues. Counting today that makes 5 straight days of GAIN$!!!

I think it is.
The reason why I think this:
*RSI is BEAUTIFUL at 48.11 at COB today.
*MACD is looking very nice as well.
*5 consecutive GREEN days with modest gains.
*Average trading volume at around 94MM a day for the last 5 days
*IR debt gone?
Keep the faith. MTVX LONG AND STRONG. NOT SELLING A SHARE. STILL ADDING to my 15.25MM...

I bailed 5/1/14 at .008 after losing 20%. As I said then and now, I'm waiting for the audit before considering taking any position.
As far as the close today.. it has almost clawed it's way back up to where it was on... February 12th.
This part of the action could be burdensome on Monster Moto in a BIG way : "breaching fiduciary duties to MotoVox as equity holders."
NATURE OF THE ACTION
1.
Defendants Olen Rice, Robert Rice, Sr., John Umsted, Kenneth Francis and Beck Salander are all former employees of or consultants to APT Group, Inc. d/b/a MotoVox, a company that manufactures and sells motorized minibikes, go-karts, and electric junior motorbikes, among other things. In early 2013, Olen Rice, Robert Rice, Sr., John Umsted, Kenneth Francis and Beck Salander left MotoVox to go to work for or otherwise assist defendant Monster Moto to manufacture and sell a minibike identical in nearly all respects to MotoVox’s products by disclosing trade secrets and confidential information learned through their association with MotoVox, breaching contracts with MotoVox and breaching fiduciary duties to MotoVox as equity holders.

My understanding is anyone can file suit in a court of law. But until they pay a "process server" to hand deliver notice of it to the defendant then the suit cannot proceed before the court.

The KC Business Journal article was published July 24th. In it Monster Moto's lawyer states that APT had not served notice and the reasons why. This was over >>5 weeks<< after APT had filed.

>>IF<< APT truly felt they had a rock solid case AND were being damaged with every day that passed then they would surely have paid the $200 or so it takes to have a process server complete this last critical step to get their case for a TRO before a judge.
