The fact he says the LAST part of September means we ain't seen nothing yet. I guess we have to trust him. And I do.
One point, wouldn't run tickets boost share price, lowering the cost of the PIPE? Perhaps Rauber is confident of the PIPE price and is not considering they will have to raise at low price levels?? I don't know
