The O/S has increased to 739,887,086 showing more DILUTION and very close to maxing out the A/S of 750M.
Series E Preferred has now been increased to 100M.
Series E O/S was 60M now only 56M so some Series E shares were sold/issued and converted! Also there are now 4 shareholders of record vs only 1 previously.
The mysterious Note Payable went from $158,320 up to $229,470.
MASSIVE DILUTION!
In August 2012, 4,000,000 shares of Class E preferred were converted into 60,000,000
shares of common.
In the quarter ended September 2012, the Company issued 25mm shares of common stock to satisfy outstanding obligations and services.
Finally admitted the Series E conversion!
