Swabbing a well is bringing it in. There is completion fluids that have to get out of the well bore. The pressure at the surface is low after completion because of the heavy fluids used to hold the well back. The pressure will increase after they get the completion fluids out of the tubing. IMO, it would be hard to predict the actual flow of a well looking at the swabbing. But I am up for guessing. I will say the well comes in at 118bbls oil and 0 water. After the well settles out it will produce 96bbls oil and 15 bbls water. The API gravity will be 36.
