The odd thing about the Tweed license is that the HC website still shows 13 licensed producers with Tweed being one of them. I haven't looked very often but I guess Tweed has been listed for the past several months, maybe that's why there isn't much of a reaction.
FITX never having a license I would suspect would have a nice reaction to a license announcement.
