Pro: Who do you think has the final say at SKTO and AEGY. Mayor and Barrera? lol If so, you might be interested in a bridge for sale connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan. Obviously, you didn't study the post nor do you understand "controlling interest." Where do you think SK3's Medical Greens came from? It's an I Equity Corp. entity incorporated 04/18/2013. Who controls 60% of the voting shares of SKTO and 51% of the voting shares of AEGY. I Equity Corp.does --
I Equity has full control. The whole show is an I Equity Corp. enterprise where Hipple and Jan nest and call the shots. (There are presumably eight other I Equity shareholders if Jan is to be believed.) Burke is their accounting arm. Mayor and Barrera are useful idiots, and, unfortunately, you ignored the warnings and red flags which you yourself detected before the suspension.
