Hey, Tex. Hope all is well down in your part of the world!! I thought you were projecting income, thus P/E multiple.

Will be interesting to see price impact if a few of these projections come to pass (some logs, any other sites....anything showing a pulse and progress). I've accumulated way more than I should have and am done buying, but here's to hoping for just a percent of JB's optimism coming to pass!!
