Finally, someone who knows what is really going on.... Don, you will do very well here at $XUII, while scared hands like beamin sell for a loss. Glty
XUII A/S is still 3 billion like it has been for a long time... no new A/S for at least 20 days... and another PR this morning, so seems they will still be putting out news on a consistent basis... one thing is for sure... there should continue to be lots of volume here... and traders like stocks with lots of volume that makes decent sized moves... especially in the summer time... VFIN is the issuer here when they drop shares into the float...
XUII going to pennyland this week hold your shares 5-20 bagga coming.

Realize that those newly announced shares can't even hit the market for 20 days. There will be no unloading into the bid from the AS increase today...
The company can not directly sell shares into the market. They can only sell to accredited investors or use share to purchase other businesses or repay debt. You will know when any of those things happen as the company is fully reporting.
Leave the emotion at the door and think about what is happening here...

Don't think so. If there was no news then YES. Because of news today.... PLUS HUGE meeting tomorrow with IBM and maybe more news on THURSDAY....I am thinking back to 0.0024 level and above
