Your eye is probably much sharper than mine when it comes to fluids. I am simply basing my opinion on how long it takes to fill up 10 gallon containers for my many back yard pets using a garden hose.  With respect to oil and water, oil floats on top of water. When they are uncapping it like this the oil has been floating on top of the water for millions of years and hence they have been separated like olive oil in a bottle of salad dressing which is why you have to vigorously shake the thousand island in order to get an emulsion.

So, to make the argument that this picture, which clearly shows a spew of black liquid, is 1/24th water, is just another childish bash. I predict that the next argument will be that the API will be too low, that the recoverable reserves estimate is way too high, or that somehow the land was stolen from some tribe of Native Americans who is going to want to get it back. Blah blah blah.
