just because he doesn't have admission to a BAR (which I don't know if he does or does not) doesn't mean he doesn't have a law degree. just because one has a law degree doesn't mean they took the BAR exam, and in certain states you do not have to have a law degree to take the BAR exam.
a simple google search will return these results.
He is a lawyer and a CEO.
Even at .275, still more than double initial 2014 prices YTD. Not worried in the least. If I listened to the gloom and doom back then, I'd have zero ROI vs several hundred percent. GLTY.
Hope it is not one of those that proved many wrong when it got up to $.97 than promptly, as if on signal tanked to $.275.
I couldn't imagine launch of Isradipine would extend to September or October. News should not be measured by the pound or piece but what it contains; it would not be the first "news" that tanked ELTP and we probably have not see the last. "some of the longs here will become millionaires" but only if the learn how to flip and not fall for "you will miss the boat, ship, or rocket" routine. Sounds good though and that is precisely the problem.
Big week ahead of us. I just don't see the price doing anything but rising. Too much news coming, too soon.
If we don't get trials results this week, then we get them the day of the call, and if we don't get them the day of the call, we get a revised estimate, and I can't imagine this revised estimate would extend into September.
We are on the precipice of a ton of news, and if all successful, some of the longs here will become millionaires.
We will find out real soon how Elite has progressed. August is flying by and soon it will be September.
Elite could not have chosen a better CEO. This CEO believes so much in the company and ART me holds millions of shares, many bought with his own money. What CEO does that? What CEO has that amount of confidence?
Not any that I'm aware of. If so post them.
Heard the same at .07. Wrong then, wrong now. ELTP will prove me right.
None of the above is a possibility the way schedules slip with CEO.
There is no reference to admission to any BAR or license to practice law in any of the States or US Supreme Court so he has a law degree or law certification which may not be the same. Anyone know the distinction between a law degree and a law certification?
So what?
Dammitt Man, We have one hell of a LEADER to get us ART!!!
He is a CEO LAWYER LOL!!!
He may not be a practicing lawyer but I would think he has a very good working knowledge of the law and how to respond to ludicrous lawsuits.
He's not a PRACTICING lawyer. He has a law degree and that is what matters on this subject.
He's not a lawyer. He's a CEO.
Looks to me like he has a law degree. The following is an excerpt from Nasrat's bio quoted in the Ibox:
"and a Masters in Law with Graduate Certification in U.S. Taxation from St. Thomas University, School of Law, Miami, FL."
Impressive.
Elite could not have chosen a better CEO>
