If 2012 closes with the following, IMO shareholders can be satisfied:
1. Share structure frozen until July 1, 2014 (complete)
2. virgin shell audit competed (nearly there)
3. Functioning TA acquisition (nearly there)
4. $BCAP audit (2007-2011 should be done)
5. $BCAP S-1 filing (should be submitted)
Compare $BCAP to where it was at this time last year, and I think a large portion of the rehabilitation (paperwork) phase is accomplished or close to it. Once that's done, we see lots of revenue generation. I believe that phase is just starting nowas the paperwork phase is drawing to a close.
It's important to understand that the acqusition capital for the TA and other future acquisitions is largely stored in the virgin shell. The final valuation there will determine what $BCAP can acquire down the road.
The completion of the virgin shell is a key strategic event for all $BCAP shareholders. It sets the stage for acquisitions without diluting the current share structure.
