So why don't you do that instead of bashing ?
As a tax professional, I will advise MyEcheck it needs to qualify in CA.
"Check with your tax professional to better decide if your state, due to your entity’s operations would be required to register your Wyoming entity there."
"Most Wyoming INC’s and LLC’s are operated in states outside of Wyoming. In fact, the vast majority of Wyoming Corp. or LLC owners/officers never set foot in Wyoming. This is usually a good thing, since most people reside in a state with higher fees or taxes. However, once the INC or LLC is selling in another state and it has physical operations there, it is required by that “foreign” state to register the INC or LLC for the “authority to do business”
in that “foreign” state. This is known as Foreign Authority. Check with your tax professional to better decide if your state, due to your entity’s operations would be required to register your Wyoming entity there.
If you do need to file for the authority to do business in another state, Wyoming makes it cheap and easy, allowing you to generate a new certificate of good standing online for free! Only one other state does this (Colorado)."

I need $2
And what does this have to do with the requirement to qualify as a foreign corp?

Many major corporations are incorporated in Nevada, particularly corporations whose headquarters are located in California and other Western states.
Nevada's tax structure is also a large benefit to incorporation in Nevada. Nevada has nofranchise tax. It also has no corporate income tax or personal income tax.[1] While Nevada likes to promote that there are "no corporation taxes" in the state, there is an annual $200 "Business License Fee" which is paid to the Secretary of State's Office at the time of formation or renewal of the corporation. Nevada additionally applies a 1.17% tax on gross wages to most businesses with a payroll over $62,500.[2]Nevada and Texas are the only two states that do not have information sharing agreements with the Internal Revenue Service.[3] In addition there are,
No state corporate income tax, franchise tax, personal income tax, or taxes on corporate sharesNo IRS information-sharing agreement (although other states' incorporation laws often supersede Nevada law in certain cases)Low annual fees and minimal reporting/disclosure requirementsStockholders, directors, and officers are not public record, not required to reside or hold meetings in Nevada, and are not required to be US citizensDirectors not required to hold stockOfficers/directors are protected from personal liability for lawful acts of the corporationCorporations may purchase, hold, sell, or transfer shares of its own stockCorporations may issue stock for capital, services, personal property, or real estate, including leases and optionsDirectors may determine the value of any transactions; their decision is final once determined

Good to see the Pressroom updated on their site, looks good. We can visually see their accomplishments over the past few months
I truly hope MYEC proves itself by the financial report next week.
Is Bill the same guy who said "Nasdaq power house in months"? I can't remember.
I believe it was sent and reposted by 2 separate investors here... I believe it. .... and yes... wow!
Who said how does .20 - .30 a share sound? If it was Bill I would think he would have a better grasp of the value of a share. Did anyone else receive the same email ? This is kind of a big deal and I would like to know if it's verified ?
I need just over 30 cents to hit a mil
Wowza
Multi millionaire at that point, still won't sell at that price
Exciting. I think that's the first we've heard a valuation round about from the company. Excited to see how they put us there!
Time for da finssssss
Yes, I'm going to guess that "less than 10% of our value" means about .20 per share.
I'd be in the millionaire's club at that point.

our balance sheet, which by the way is very strong and debt free. It is impossible to track any shares once they are issued. It is the responsibility of the shareholder recipient to follow the SEC 144 rules. Ed is not selling at these prices. The management team feels that we are at less than 10% of our real value. After the filing of the Form 10 with the audits it will provide a very good insight into the company's history and future. The AMG meeting is going to very exciting.
